Processing Time
All Zuna pieces are handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed.
Shipping Times
Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $75 CAD
- Orders under $75 CAD: shipping calculated at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations soon — sign up to our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
