Our Promise
Every Zuna piece is handcrafted with care and inspected before it leaves us. We want you to love what you receive.
Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if:
- The item is unworn and undamaged
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Sale items are final sale
- Custom or personalised orders cannot be returned
How to Return
Email us at wearzuna@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item
We will respond within 2-3 business days with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour where available. Please email wearzuna@gmail.com to arrange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at wearzuna@gmail.com with photos and we will make it right immediately.
